MEET YOUR COACH
Experienced. Engaged. Supportive.
I've been a practicing attorney since 2011, and a hiring manager in big tech, small tech, and law firm roles.
After starting out in nonprofits, I then went to a boutique law firm, and into tech from there. My non-traditional career path helps me put the career landscape into perspective for clients.
I remember the frustration of the law school Career Services advice blackout during 1L year, and then learning about opportunities after it was too late. I remember the stress of wondering whether there was just one path available. There is a big, happy world of career opportunities available for young lawyers, if you learn to take ownership over your path.
My approach is to meet you where you are, and help you work towards YOUR goals. For clients who aren't sure what their goals are, I ask you to keep a journal while we're working together--nothing fancy, just a few thoughts here and there! My goal is to help you map out where you'd like to be, and then make steps in that direction so you can achieve your goals.
